What ATI/AMD video card Company has the best customer support and which one has the worst?

What's been your experience with your card manufacturers support and RMA experience?



XFX, Gigabyte, Asus, Sapphire seem to have good word of mouth.



HIS, Diamond seem to have bad word of mouth ...



Is any of this true in your experience? or has diamond or HIS actually come through for any of you?|||XFX is the best they offer and support a double lifetime warranty if you register the card after you buy and install it. Then EVGA are good video cards. I have used Sapphire video cards in the past and had a GPU cooler fan to burn up and their customer service sent me a new one with no hassle and no cost so that was good.



I like XFX they seem to be built to last more so than some of the "off" brands.





Have fun|||I'd go with XFX of Gigabyte for best support. HIS cards are good but i believe the support isn't as good. Are you planning on buying a graphics card?
